Particulate filter with an additive and Miretti external regeneration:

Filtro Anti ParticolatoThe two filters use a support of silicon carbide with particulate abatement above 98%. The one with additive initiates automatic regeneration when the exhaust gas exceeds 250°C without the necessity of its removal from the machine. That with external regeneration must be removed every time then regenerated on the apposite regenerator.

Miretti particulate filter Mine-X

particolato3Catalyzed: almost completely eliminates particulate matter (99%) and PM10 (when the fumes reach 200°C, also eliminates carbon monoxide and unburned hydrocarbon residues).

It is used primarily in machines where the temperature of the exhaust gas reaches 400°C for at least 20% of the time in use of the engine.

It regenerates during the normal cycle of use.

The water-based purifier (series M - H)

depuratori_acqua_aThe water-based purifier (series M - H) is manufactured entirely in stainless steel to resist corrosion by the pollutant substances that are deposited in its interiorin acciaio inossidabile per resistere alla corrosione delle sostanze inquinanti che si depositano al suo interno.

 

The water-based purifier is used exclusively on diesel engines whether they are stationary or mounted on self-propelled machines.

 

The so-called "black smoke or particulate matter" and the resulting odours and irritants (es. aldehydes, unburned part) are abated.

 

The purification takes place by bubbling pollutant fumes in water. From laboratory analysis, it is shown that optimum results are obtained in the abatement of sulphur dioxide  (SO2).

The water-based purifier (M series), is also used for spark-quenching in the explosion-proof field.

 A special additive, Miretti AD20 ensures the solubility of pollutant substances and reduces the corrosive process on the stainless steel structure of the purifier
Water-based purifiers with engine powers from 15 to 300 kW are always available in stock.

Several types of kits are available for rapid mounting on lift trucks.

Spark-quenching

depuratori_acqua_bThe exhaust spark-quencher has been designed for the elimination of any sparks emitted by diesel engines.

Manufactured entirely in stainless steel, it has been tested and approved by a laboratory for use in potentially explosive atmospheres given its unique characteristic of preventing the escape of any sparks from the exhaust of diesel engines.

 
 

They exist in various dimensions for power ratings from 15 to 300 kW.

The choice of spark-quencher silencer must be done in collaboration with Miretti technicians.

Special realisations for tunnels and mines

The Miretti catalytic converters for small and medium power engines use the same technological principles and have the same reliability characteristics as the catalytic converters for high power engines.

The Miretti catalytic converter is actually the most technologically advanced product for the purification of exhaust gases of engines powered by methane gas (lean burn and rich burn) and diesel engines..

The entry cone ensures a uniform gaseous flow on the catalytic substrate and that of the outlet of low turbulence. Various accesses are predisposed to carry out various measures and for the insertion of thermocouples, which we can supply.

Substrate replacement parts are always in stock or available quite quickly.

In the case of  "rich burn” natural gas engines with stoichiometric air/fuel 1:1 rapport cutting down nitrogen oxides by up to 98%.
